Use the Streamable HTTP endpoint at `https://stackfade.rmcp.dev/mcp`.

1. Call `list_technology_signals` to discover catalog names.
2. Call `get_technology_signal` for source observations.
3. Call `build_renewal_brief` for the decision package.
4. Keep source facts, observations, calculations, and the human decision separate.

All tools are read-only. Never turn adoption evidence into an insolvency, failure, or creditworthiness claim.
